Engageli connects K-12 students and teachers for engaging, collaborative learning anytime, anywhere. Drive success with active learning.
A school district in Oregon serves over 40,000 students, with a growing population choosing fully online learning. Post-pandemic, the district transitioned its online program using a meeting tool into a synchronous, full-day learning model, but quickly encountered technological limitations that impacted student engagement, classroom management, and attendance tracking. After struggling with several video conferencing systems, the district sought an authentic virtual classroom that would drive engagement, improve attendance, and provide data-backed ROI to justify funding.
Another fully online virtual academy, serving 2,600 students and supported by 155 teachers and 22 staff members, decided to move off their current meeting tool and was successfully launched on Engageli in just 11 days.

Engageli empowers teachers with intuitive classroom controls that keep students focused, enable proactive behavior guidance, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Engageli K-12 classrooms provide structured safeguards to support effective learning environments. Student-to-student private chat, anonymous messaging, and file sharing are disabled to minimize distractions and maintain accountability. Teachers can block and unblock mics/cameras for the entire class or for individual students, and also allow learner cameras to be displayed only to teachers to ensure student well-being. Teachers control classroom access by admitting students directly, and if connectivity is lost, student interactions are automatically paused until the teacher returns, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
Additionally, teachers can limit individual student participation while still allowing them to remain present and receive instruction, an approach particularly useful for managing disruptions or supporting students with IEPs or behavior plans. In more serious situations, teachers have the ability to remove a student from the class and readmit them at an appropriate time.
Engageli lets schools run virtual clubs and extracurriculars in the same safe, interactive environment used for live classes. Students collaborate at virtual tables, play game challenges, share ideas on whiteboards, and connect across grades without needing extra apps or tools.
Our K-12 partners host 5,000+ virtual club sessions a year using Engageli, creating stronger community and engagement across schools.
