Engageli's unique Playback Rooms are a great way to learn outside of the live class, individually or with peers. Playback rooms are open classrooms where you can, independently or in a group of up to 50, access class content and engage with the material. Sitting around a virtual table, you can review class recordings and PDFs, participate in polls, ask and answer questions in the Q&A, take notes, and — if in a group — chat, talk, and learn with other classmates. The Engageli Playback Room is acessed via the same link as the live class, and maintains a playlist of all recordings from that classroom.

Engageli supports closed captions, as well as the ability to highlight ASL interpreters for individual learners. Transcripts are also available for the recorded classes in the playback room.

Engageli has a flexible pricing model that fits your needs as an institution. Pricing can be based on licenses or usage hours. Our Partnerships team will work with you to determine what best fits your needs. 

Yes, potential customers can run paid pilots on the Engageli platform, supported by our Customer Success team.

Implementation and onboarding is dependent on the use case, but can move as quickly as needed. Engageli has been launched within a week to a couple of months depending on the rollout needs. Your administrator, facilitation and learning development teams will work closely with our Customer Success team to enable integrations, host trainings and customize your Engageli instance. 

Yes, you will have complete access to our Customer Support team, as well as a dedicated Customer Success Manager. This is true for pilots as well.

For the optimal experience, we recommend learners access Engageli through a secure web browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Learners may access the classroom via Engageli mobile apps, available in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Engageli has hosted sessions of up to 1,000 learners and as few as 1. Classrooms can be configured to enable optimal experience for classes of any size.

Engageli tracks both synchronous and asynchronous learner engagement. This includes speak time, attendance, chats, notes, reactions and more. Participation data can be viewed or downloaded to gain learner insights. Enterprise accounts can use APIs to extract Engageli data directly into their institutional data lake for analysis and visualization.

Rather than breaking up the class dynamic, Engageli tables are strategically designed to increase collaboration. Learners enter the room and are seated at a virtual table. With virtual tables, you never have to "send them out" or "bring them back". They are always in the room, seated around a virtual table and able to access class materials. The only thing that changes is the audio - Table Mode allows the learners to virtually turn toward each other and have a small group discussion.

Engageli offers various tools for managing your classroom, session, or event. You can effortlessly mute individual participants or the entire class as required. 

Engageli automatically tracks all attendance within the classroom. Administrators can customize attendance thresholds at the classroom or organization-wide level. Attendance analytics display attendance numbers for both live and playback sessions. Engageli tracks total and individual participant minutes per session, calculating the percentage of session time attended, whether live or in playback.

Engageli has a variety of built-in collaborative features. Instructors can use Engageli's interactive whiteboard to enable collaboration, illustrate key points, create diagrams, brainstorm, and share discussion topics. They can run polls and quizzes or start a timed quiz game. Instructors can also open collaborative cloud-based documents. 

Engageli's quizzing and polling features let instructors effortlessly create and save question sets for quick understanding checks, fun icebreakers, and engagement boosters. With Quizzes and Sprints, you can use AI to generate question sets based on your presentations or class discussion topics saving precious class time.

Engageli automatically summarizes your meeting and class recordings within seconds, saving you time and enhancing your learning. Instead of searching through scattered notes, you'll have immediate access to AI-generated summaries. These summaries highlight key points and action items, displayed conveniently alongside the session recording in the Playback room. Instructors receive the summary via email after the session and can edit it directly in the playback room.
