Why does Engageli use AI?
Engageli integrates AI throughout its platform with one goal: to help you do more with less. Currently-available Engageli AI-powered features are listed in: AI Classroom Suite
What if we don’t use Engageli AI features?
Engageli’s AI-powered features are powerful and useful, they are optional for the standard Engageli functions. If you don’t intend to use Engageli AI-powered features, you can disable the AI classroom suite at your site level and still use the classroom features, but without AI.

What is Engageli's general security for AI use?
Engageli platform integrates enterprise-grade security, working seamlessly with customer institution's infrastructure. All customer data is fully protected with secure data access controls.
What is Engageli AI security protection?
Engageli works with multiple AI partners. Engageli’s Third-Party Management Policy includes proper due diligence of partner selection and periodical review of their security, privacy and service delivery performance.
Privacy and Data Use
Where is my data processed?
The processing location can be different per customer location. Your environment hosted location is selected per your business location. We use multiple AI partners and some partners process our data in Europe, some in the US, regardless of the customer location.
Will Engageli’s AI Providers retain our data after processing?
Engageli’s AI Providers may retain your data after processing. For example, OpenAI temporarily stores data for a short period of time to provide services and detect abuse. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy page for more information: https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy/.
Do Engageli or Engageli’s AI Providers use my data for AI training?
No. Any of Engageli’s AI partners that Engageli uses in the Engageli products do not use customer data input or output to train their AI models.

Throughout the development and evaluation of Engageli AI functions, Engageli ensures a close collaboration between product engineers and Engageli security, privacy / compliance and legal departments. Engageli ensures Engageli’s AI-powered features follow relevant laws and regulations and industry standards.
